Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Subject of the agreement

The nosum service provides a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to automatically identify calculation errors in electronic invoicing and to analyze annual accounting statements. The service also includes specialized training for users in operating the system.

2. Rights and obligations

Obligations of the Provider (nosum):

• To provide access to the platform according to the announced technical specifications.
• To offer technical support and training for the correct use of the audit tools.
• To maintain the confidentiality of data uploaded by the client to the platform.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete input data (invoices, statements) in accepted formats.
• To use the service only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable accounting regulations.
• To maintain the security of the access account and not to transfer it to third parties.

3. Limitation of liability

The nosum service is an assistance tool. The Provider does not assume liability for business decisions or financial consequences resulting from the use of the generated reports. The Client always remains responsible for the final validation of any findings and for compliance with all fiscal and accounting obligations.

4. Payment terms and termination

Access to the platform is conditional upon payment of fees according to the chosen plan. Any delay in payment may lead to immediate suspension of the service. The Client may cease using the service at the end of the current billing period by providing written notice.

5. Modification of terms

nosum reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
